This sharing of data may be considered a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising under applicable state laws. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. Session Replay Technologies: We use session replay and heatmapping technologies (such as Hotjar and LuckyOrange) to record and analyze your interactions with our website, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and keystrokes. From time to time, we will re-post or otherwise use in our advertising a consumer’s photos, experiences, stories, or other content from their personal social media account. TEXT MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed ten a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
