All orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding Weekends and major holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. During peak periods such as promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


U.S. SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping
We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.

Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Carrier: DHL Ecommerce & USPS

Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS and may require additional transit time depending on location.

P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS and typically arrive within 5–14 business days.

APO/FPO/DPO & U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to military addresses and U.S. territories typically arrive within 14–21 days via USPS.

2-Day Shipping (2-3 business days) – $20

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

2-Day Shipping
  • Delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Express

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Shipping Cost: Varies depending on location

Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Orders shipped to International Countries may be subject to customs inspection and VAT. 

Duties & Taxes

For many destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

However, international customers may still be responsible for additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by their local government.

We are unable to declare shipments for a value lower than the purchase price.

Applicable duties and taxes are typically determined by:

  • Product classification
  • Local VAT rates
  • Destination country regulations

 

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on products that are at least half full within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note:
  • Returns are accepted for refunds only (no exchanges)
  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws allow you to request a refund of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@furtunaskin.com within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To start a return, please email our Customer Experience Team at contact@furtunaskin.com and include your order number.

If your return meets our policy requirements, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label.

Important:
Returns must be approved by our Customer Experience Team before being shipped back. We are not responsible for returns sent without authorization or lost in transit.

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, or charge a return processing fee, in cases of policy abuse.
